About this Medicine
Brufen 400 ek NSAID pain killer hai jisme Ibuprofen 400 mg hai. Ye dard, sujan aur bukhar paida karne wale chemicals (prostaglandins) ko block karke tezi se aaram deta hai. Gathiya, masal dard, daant dard aur period pain me effective.
Brufen 400 me Ibuprofen hai jo Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID) hai. Ye COX enzyme ko block karta hai jo body me pain, inflammation aur fever ka chemical banata hai. Isse osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis me jodo ki jalan, sujan, akdan kam hoti hai. Sirf symptom relief deta hai, arthritis ko cure nahi karta. Effect 1-2 ghante me start, 4-6 ghante tak rehta hai.
