Aldigesic P dual-action pain killer hai jisme Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg hai. Aceclofenac sujan aur dard kam karta hai (NSAID) aur Paracetamol bukhar aur dard par central action karta hai. Gathiya, kamar dard, moch aur surgery ke baad ke dard me tezi se aaram.
Aldigesic P fixed-dose combination hai. Aceclofenac COX enzyme ko block karke prostaglandin banana rokta hai jisse inflammation, swelling aur pain kam hota hai. Paracetamol brain me pain aur fever signals ko block karta hai. Dono mil kar short-term pain relief me zyada effective hai. Non-addictive, par long term use se stomach aur kidney par asar ho sakta hai.
