Do NOT stop suddenly - sudden stop can cause severe BP rise, chest pain, heart attack risk - taper as per doctor. Monitor BP, heart rate, blood sugar if diabetic. May cause dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, cold hands feet. If wheezing, breathlessness, swelling, very slow pulse consult doctor immediately. Caution in asthma, diabetes, low BP, heart block.
