Allegra 120 ek Non-Drowsy (neend na lane wala) antihistamine tablet hai jisme Fexofenadine 120 mg hai. Ye hay fever aur skin allergy ke symptoms - naak band, cheenk, khujli, laal daane se 24 ghante tak aaram deta hai.
Allegra me Fexofenadine Hydrochloride hai jo second generation antihistamine hai. Ye body me histamine chemical ko block karta hai jo allergy ke dauraan inflammation, itching, redness, swelling aur irritation karta hai. Dusre anti-allergy dawaiyo ki tarah isse zyada neend nahi aati (Non-Drowsy). Ye seasonal allergic rhinitis aur chronic hives (urticaria) dono me effective hai.
