Moxicip Eye Drops 5ml by Cipla Ltd contains Moxifloxacin Eye Drops IP 0.5% w/v - 4th generation Fluoroquinolone broad-spectrum antibiotic eye drop. Kills bacteria causing eye infection by inhibiting DNA gyrase & topoisomerase IV. Used for bacterial conjunctivitis, bacterial keratitis, corneal ulcers, blepharitis, post-operative infection prevention after eye surgery. Treats eye redness, pain, swelling, discharge, sticky eyes due to bacterial infection. Rx - SCHEDULE H PRESCRIPTION DRUG - To be sold by retail on prescription of Registered Medical Practitioner / Ophthalmologist only. For ophthalmic use only - sterile eye drop. Do not touch nozzle tip to eye, hand or surface to avoid contamination. If drops become cloudy or discolored do not use. Remove contact lenses before instilling & wait 15 min before reinserting. May cause transient eye irritation, burning, blurred vision. If severe pain, vision loss, allergy rash, swelling consult eye doctor immediately. Use within 1 month after opening. Store below 25°C, protect from light, do not freeze. Keep tightly closed. Keep out of reach children. Cipla original Moxicip. Complete full course as prescribed - do not stop early even if better.
